Payment terms:
Advance payment is not provided. Payment upon receipt of products at the consignee's warehouse within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery and the provision of original invoices, consignment notes, copies of bills of lading with the recipient's mark. Other proposals of participants are being considered
Delivery terms:
Delivery time: February 2021.
All shipping and other costs must be included in the product price.
The products must be new.
When delivering products, the following must be certified with a blue seal by the supplier: 1) passport / quality certificate, 2) certificate of conformity / declaration of conformity / refusal information letter

2. Before opening the envelopes, the participants of this procedure MUST attach to their proposals in electronic form the Applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal (indicating the delivery time) signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the participating organization this procedure. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by a participant of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
The validity of the supplier's offer is at least 30 days.

Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate volume of civil legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Participants.
