. Поставщик должен быть производителем, либо дилером (дистрибьютором), подтвержденным соответствующим сертификатом от производителя(прикреплять документацию)
2. Продукция должна быть новой не бывшей в употреблении, полность соответствовать техническому заданию (см. приложение).
3. Дата изготовления не позднее 2011г.
4. Обязательно оригинальная заводская упаковка, с логотипом производителя.
5. Обязательно прикрепление паспортов. (сертификат качества).
Данная процедура не является конкурсом или публичной офертой и не регулируется ст.447-449 и 1057-1061 ГКРФ. Покупатель в праве отказаться от поступивших предложений без наложения ответственности.
