Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Advance payment is not applicable. Payment upon receipt of products within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery and provision of the original invoices, waybills, copies of transport invoices with the mark of the recipient.
Delivery terms:DDP Kstovo. Delivery time: JANUARY - DECEMBER 2020 The costs of delivery of products should be included in the cost of production.

Comments:
Bidding for the right to enter into an Agreement for the supply of materials in accordance with the procurement items. Bidding is conducted to determine the Supplier with a minimum fixed price, but not higher than specified in the procedure. The selection of materials will take place from JANUARY 2020 TO DECEMBER 2020, INCLUDED!
The list of materials reflected in the lot is for guidance only and serves to fix unit prices. With the Supplier who has submitted the best offer, subject to all conditions, there will be a signed specification fixing the cost of materials per unit. Purchase is on request.
Delivery should be carried out within 2-3 days from the date of application.

Estimated annual supply from 5000 pcs to 10000 pcs of each item.

The minimum volume of one application is from 100 pcs. one position.

1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Participants are expected to attach, before bids opening, participant's questionnaire, the documents listed in the questionnaire, and a scanned copy of a commercial proposal (specifying delivery time), signed by an authorized person and sealed with the company's stamp (the form is attached). In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
3. Supplier shall be either product manufacturer, or official dealer of the manufacturer or a distributor (participant shall provide the confirming documents together with the commercial proposal).
4. Products cost shall be fixed for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).

Note: Note, this RFP is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability towards the participants.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
