Comments:
1) The offered products must be new, not used;
2) Certificates of conformity, passports, technical specifications must be attached.description, drawing of the project; documents confirming the quality;
3) Criteria for choosing the best offer: delivery time, cost, payment terms, Experience with the supplier;

5) Participation in the auction implies agreement with the form of the buyer's contract.

Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.

This procedure is carried out in electronic form on the ETP of the B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru ). The proposals of the participants are submitted in the form of an electronic document.
