Comments:
1. Unconditional consent to conclude a contract in the standard version of PSC ChMK (Appendix No. 3). Be sure to attach the letter of consent for the conclusion of the contract in the standard version of PJSC ChMK (Appendix No. 4);
2. Equipment must comply with the requirements specified in the technical specifications (Appendix No. 2).
3. Mandatory attachment to the system of documents specified in the procurement documentation. TCH validity period - at least 90 DAYS.
4. Year of release - 2019 ;.
5. The quantity may be changed due to changes in applications.
6. This procedure of request for proposals is not a tender, it is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; this procedure is not a public tender, it is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability towards the participants.
