Comments:
1. Prices are excluding VAT, transportation costs are included in the price of goods, are not allocated.
2. The evaluation criteria for the proposals will be:
- Full compliance of the participant's proposal with the requirements of the customer (any changes must be agreed with the organizer, prior to the end of the procedure);
- Compliance with the conditions of the request for proposals;
- Bid price;
- Delivery of products on time (if any);
- Consent of the participant with the editorial board of the organizer (in the documents in the attachment), signing the contract without a protocol of disagreement
- Price fixing for the entire delivery period from the moment of participation in the procedure until the moment of transfer of goods to the customer’s warehouse
3. Products must be new
4. Submission of a proposal from a participant means compliance with all the requirements for the assortment of goods specified in the request, as well as unconditional agreement with all the terms of the contract and specifications. This RFP procedure is not a tender, and its implementation is not subject to Articles 447-449, Part 1, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This bidding procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.
This price request is not an offer (public offer) of the organizer. The organizer has the right to refuse to make a purchase at any time from the day of its announcement, including after the deadline for receiving applications.
5. The form for providing TCH is free.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
