We draw your attention to the fact that the commercial offer provided by you as part of this Supplier Request must be made in the form of an offer in accordance with Articles 435 and 436. Of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as the Civil Code of the Russian Federation) with a deadline for acceptance within 7 days from the date of its receipt. This offer cannot be withdrawn by you within the specified period established for its acceptance. There is no fee for the provision of an irrevocable offer.
This Invitation is not a public offer in accordance with the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
This Request is not an auction (including in the form of a tender, auction or any other form) or a public tender regulated by Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and does not impose obligations on Salavatsteklo JSC provided for by the above articles of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation , as well as obligations to conclude a work contract with the person who sent the most advantageous offer.
The request can be canceled at any time prior to summing up.
In the event of a change in the terms of the Request or its cancellation, the costs incurred by any person in connection with participation in the Request, including those related to participation in negotiations, are not reimbursed.
The choice of the most advantageous offer for JSC Salavatsteklo is carried out taking into account the assessment of the following criteria:
- payment is preferable within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery;
- it is preferable to conclude an Agreement according to the standard form of JSC Salavatsteklo (the form of the agreement can be provided to the selection participant upon request);
JSC "Salavatsteklo" has the right to refuse to participate in the Request in the following cases:
- a commercial offer with an indication of the price, delivery time, terms of delivery and payment is not attached;
- the commercial offer was received after the expiration of the specified period;
- the terms of the commercial offer do not comply with the terms of this notice;
- the commercial offer contains false information;
- the person who sent the commercial offer is in the process of liquidation or reorganization, or insolvency (bankruptcy) proceedings have been initiated against him;
- in any other case, on the basis of internal procedures, with the right not to explain the reasons for the refusal.
JSC "Salavatsteklo" has the right not to motivate its decision to determine the winner of the selection.
