Comments:
1. Prices are provided without VAT, transport costs are included in the cost of goods, not allocated.
2. The criteria for evaluating proposals will be:
- Full compliance of the participant's proposal with the customer's requirements (any changes must be agreed with the organizer, prior to the end of the procedure);
- Compliance with the terms of the request for proposals;
- Offer price;
- Delivery of products on time (if any);
- Consent of the participant with the edition of the organizer's contract (in the documents in the attachment), signing the contract without a protocol of disagreements
- Fixing the price for the entire delivery period from the moment of participation in the procedure until the moment of transfer of the goods at the customer's warehouse
3. Products must be new
4. Submission of an offer from a participant means compliance with all the requirements for the range of goods specified in the request, as well as unconditional acceptance of all the terms of the contract and specifications. This request for proposals procedure is not a tender and its implementation is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this request for proposals procedure does not impose an appropriate volume of civil obligations on the customer.
This request for prices is not an offer (public offer) of the organizer. The organizer has the right to refuse to conduct a procurement at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the end of the deadline for accepting applications.
5. The TCH submission form is free.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
