Payment terms:
100% payment upon delivery of the goods to the warehouse of the buyer within 10 rab. Nam.
Comments: 1) CP must be on official letterhead with a seal and Director's signature and attach to boot documentation.
2) in KP, you must specify:
- CMA cost with VAT, subject to delivery to the buyer's warehouse, packing (Upakkovka should be only according to the requirements of State standard Gost 14192-96 and 15846-2002);
- delivery should indicate on a separate line on the price;
- units of measurement in the KP should comply with the requested;
- relevant to the product (a free seller, dealer, manufacturer);
time of delivery to the Buyer’s warehouse;
- warranty terms;
- acceptance of the contract.
3) criteria for choosing the best offer: acceptance of the contract our form, quality, delivery time, price, packaging, payment conditions, experience.
4) this procedure is a public competition and regulates articles 1057-1061 h 2 CIVIL CODE, CIVIL CODE of RF P1/447-449. Thus, this procedure for requesting proposals will not impose on the customer adequate civil legal liabilities.
5) in KP ask specify separately the cost of delivery is included in the price of COMMODITIES and MATERIALS.
