Comments: The direction of the commercial proposal with an indication of the possible production times and actual warranty periods for goods and materials based on their capabilities of suppliers (procurement participants). Commercial proposal shall be issued on the letterhead paper sealed and signed by the company’s CEO and enclosed to the uploaded documents.
Commercial proposal shall specify:
1) The cost of goods and materials with VAT, including delivery to the buyer's warehouse, including packaging. Commercial proposal shall specify the final total. The cost shall be ultimate, fixed and shall include all the additional expenses (packaging, labeling, etc.).
2) Terms of payment (preference will be given to tenderers who have proposed a non-advance payment system and a maximum payment delay).
3) Delivery cost to the warehouse with VAT;
4) Supplier’s relation to the products (free seller, dealer, representative, manufacturer, etc.). Be sure to upload dealer’s or representative’s certificate.
Specify product manufacturer and the country of origin.
5) Time of delivery to the Buyer’s warehouse.
6) Transportation method.
7) Warranty for the supplied products. Specify the warranty period as well as the date from which it starts (from the date of shipment from the factory, the date of shipment from the Supplier’s warehouse, the date of supply to the buyer's warehouse, the date of commissioning).
8) Period for product replacement under warranty.
9) Experience with the supply of this product on the market (attach a reference list)
10) Indicative volume and weight (for the whole volume).
11) Agreement with the contract.
12) Availability of stock in warehouses.
13) The supplied products shall be new, unused, manufactured not earlier than 6 months from the date of Technical and Commercial Proposal;
14) The commercial proposal must be accompanied by certificates of conformity, a passport, a document confirming quality, a safety data sheet.
