Cable and wire products manufactured for the construction of the South Stream gas pipeline are "stale". It has been in storage for several years. Possible damage to the insulation coating due to long-term storage.

The winner is the participant who offered the maximum price (BUT NOT BELOW THE PRICE SPECIFIED IN THE ANNOUNCEMENT) with unconditional agreement with the tender documentation.
The seller has the right to withdraw from the sale at any time before the signing of the sales contract.
The Seller reserves the right to check the organization that submitted the best offer on the documents provided by it and refuse the transaction without giving any reason, if the high risks of this transaction for the Seller are determined. In this case, the Seller has the right to conclude a contract with the organization that submitted the second largest offer.
