Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Comments:
1. Forms of documents to be prepared and submitted as part of the Proposal
- A commercial proposal indicating prices taking into account delivery, contractual terms, delivery dates, payment terms, price validity periods;
- If the participant is not a manufacturer - certificates of an official dealer / distributor;
2. The criteria for evaluating proposals will be:
- bid price;
- deferred payment;
- Member status (manufacturer, dealer, intermediary);
- Participant's consent to conclude a contract as amended by the Customer.
3. This trading procedure is not an auction or a competition, does not fall under the scope of articles 467-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail the occurrence of legal obligations of the Customer at the choice of the Supplier.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
