1. All questions regarding the procedure, please ask using functional ETP (requests for clarification).
2. In the event of failure or improper execution of this procedure a party Organizer procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of the party.
3. the supplier must be a manufacturer or authorized dealer of the manufacturer or distributor (documents party provides simultaneously with the offer).
4. Cost of production should be constant for the entire period of delivery (written confirmation).
5. Optionally provide certificates and passport quality technical documentation.
