- Delivery of products according to the request.
- Products must be new, not used.
- The products shall be accompanied by: product quality certificate/passport.
- Contract awarding criteria: the quality of the goods, delivery time according to the schedule in terms of delivery, price, terms of payment;
- The procedure for requesting proposals is not a contest, and it is not governed by articles 447-449 h. 1 CC of the RF;
- This same procedure is not public and not competition is governed by articles 1057-1061 h 2 CIVIL CODE;
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer
