Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Advance payment is not applicable. Payment upon receipt of the product within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery and submission of original invoices, consignment notes, copies of bills of lading with the stamp of the recipient.
Delivery terms:
Kstovo. Delivery time: to 16.12.2019g. Shipping costs of products should be included in the cost of production.
Comments: 1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. By their proposals electronically to participants of this procedure is necessary before the opening of the envelopes attached application form the applicant and documents according to the list simultaneously with the proposal and file as a scanned copy of your quotations (indicating terms of delivery) signed by the authorized person and stamped by the participating organization this procedure. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
3. Supplier shall be either product manufacturer, or official dealer of the manufacturer or a distributor (participant shall provide the confirming documents together with the commercial proposal).
4. Products cost shall be fixed for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).
5. The goods must comply with GOST.
6. On delivery, the cable will be held on the input control line cross section.
