Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Advance payment is not applicable. Payment upon receipt of products within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery and provision of the original invoices, waybills, copies of transport invoices with the mark of the recipient.
Delivery terms:
Kstovo Delivery time: until 12/02/2020 The cost of delivery of products should be included in the cost of production.
Comments: 1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Participants in this procedure MUST attach the Applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the list simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal (indicating delivery dates), signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the participating organization, to their proposals in electronic form this procedure. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
3. Supplier shall be either product manufacturer, or official dealer of the manufacturer or a distributor (participant shall provide the confirming documents together with the commercial proposal).
4. Products cost shall be fixed for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).
5. The product must comply with GOST.
6. Upon delivery of the cable, an incoming inspection will be carried out for compliance with the cross-section of the cores.
(An example of measuring the cross section of a cable core:
- if the cable core is multiwire, then the diameter of each wire in the cable core is measured separately with a micrometer (d-wire diameter)
- by the formula Pd2 / 4 = S we find the cross-sectional area of the wire (P = 3.14; S is the cross-sectional area of the wire)
Note: Note, this RFP is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability towards the participants.
