Comments:
A prerequisite for participation is the preliminary agreement of the standard form of the contract of JSC "Azot".
To conclude the contract from the winner will require a package of statutory documents, as well as MANDATORY:
- Statement of financial results for the reporting period, prior to the date of transaction and accounting statements (Form No. 1)
- Certificate on the performance of the counterparty of the obligation to pay taxes, fees, penalties, penalties according to the form established by the Federal Tax Service of Russia (KND code 1120101), as of the date prior to the date of the transaction , but not earlier than 30 days before the transaction (when checking the tax integrity of the counterparty at the stage of execution of the contract, a copy of the said certificate is requested, as of the 25th of the month, following each quarter in which the counterparty performed the contract).
- The offer must be submitted for the entire volume without breaking the sequence of the request.
- Warranty from 5 years.
- The proposal must be duplicated in an editable format.
