Payment terms:There is no advance. Payment on receipt of products to the consignee's warehouse within 30 business days of delivery date and delivery of original invoices, goods invoices, copies of transport invoices with by the recipient's mark. Other payment terms are also being considered.
Vendor offer expiration is at least 30 days
Delivery terms:Delivery time: August 2021.
All shipping costs and other costs must be included in the cost of the product.
The products should be new.
When delivering products are required by blue stamp supplier: 1) passport/quality certificate, 2) certificate of conformation/declaration of conformation/refusal information letter

Comments:
1. Please ask all questions about the procedure through the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. To their offers electronically, participants in this procedure MUST attach the applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire before the envelopes are opened at the same time as the offer is submitted and file as a scanned copy of its business offer (with delivery dates) signed by the authorized person and certified with the seal of the party organization. If a participant fails or improperly fulfillment of this requirement, the procedure organizer reserves the right not to consider that participant's offer.
The vendor offer expires at least 30 days.
3. Delivery location: according to the technical assignment.
4. Offers are submitted based on shipping costs, and the cost of delivery is highlighted by a separate line.

Note: This request for proposals is not a notice about the holding of a competition (public competition) or public offer and is not regulated by Article 447 — 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057 — 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to waive all Proposals received for any cause or terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
Place of the procedure: This procedure is conducted electronically at the B2B-Center Group's ETP (www.b2b-center.ru). Participant proposals are submitted in the form of an electronic document.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
