Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Non-cash payment. Advance payment is not foreseen, proposals implying advanced payment will not be considered. Payment within a period of not more than 30 (thirty) calendar days from receipt of the products by the buyer. The proposals contain a respite over 30 days, are valued at the maximum deadline-30 days.
Delivery terms:1. Date of manufacture of the product-no earlier than 6 (six) months prior to the date of delivery of the products. New products not previously used. 2. At the time of delivery of the product to the warehouse on sootvtetstvija products provide a certificate in accordance with the applicable requirements of the legislation of the RUSSIAN FEDERATION, if the products are not subject to certification, provide appropriate documentary confirmation. 3.
