The most profitable offer for Salavatsteklo JSC is selected taking into account the assessment of the following criteria:
- payment within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery;
- delivery to the Buyer's warehouse.
- conclusion of the Agreement according to the standard form of JSC Salavatsteklo;
The Participant participating in the Request and submitting a commercial offer accepts the terms of the agreement posted in the procurement documentation.
Salavatsteklo JSC has the right to refuse to participate in the Request in the following cases:
- no commercial offer with price, delivery terms, delivery terms and payment terms is attached;
- the commercial offer was received after the expiration of the established period;
- the terms of the offer do not comply with the terms of this notice;
- the commercial offer contains inaccurate information;
- a person who sent a commercial offer is in the process of liquidation or reorganization, or insolvency (bankruptcy) proceedings have been initiated against him;
- in any other case, on the basis of internal procedures, with the right not to explain the reasons for the refusal.
Salavatsteklo JSC has the right not to motivate its decision to determine the winner of the selection.
