Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Delivery terms:Delivery at the expense of the supplier. This delivery is required in the first decade of October 2020.

Comments:
It is mandatory to provide a PACKAGE OF NECESSARY DOCUMENTS WHEN CONCLUDING AGREEMENTS WITH CONTRACTORS.
If the Participant won the tender and became the Winner, i.e. JSC "ROSSKAT" and the Winner have come to a mutual agreement, before signing the contract / specification (attachment), the Winner must fill out the Questionnaire and submit documents according to Appendix No. 5 (the Questionnaire and the Appendix are attached as separate files).
