Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Other payment terms are also under consideration
Delivery terms:All shipping, packaging and other costs must be included in the product price.
The products must be new.

Comments:
1. This request for proposals has no relevant legal consequences. The Customer has the right to refuse all received offers for any reason or to terminate the open request for proposals procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to Suppliers.

2. The winner of the request for proposals will be the Bidder who has proposed in aggregate the best technical and economic conditions in accordance with this request for proposals.

3. The contract based on the results of the request for proposals, if the winner is determined, will be concluded within 10 (ten) days from the date of signing the protocol to determine the winner of the request for proposals.

4. The proposed prices for E-Marketplaces without attached Technical and Commercial Proposals are not considered.
