1) Quotation with an application of estimates;
2) Complete package of documents in accordance with the regulations;
3) A protocol on the examination of the knowledge responsible for the safe work, contractor's employees, certified by the seal of the contractor;
The participant who has passed qualified selection in the framework of qualifying selection № 986501 (https://www.b2b-center.ru/market/view.html?id=986501) and 104244, does not resubmit the documents specified in the instructions, except:
1) Document certifying the authority of the head of the Enterprise (order or decision on appointment of the head, including the head of the branch);
2) Document certifying the powers of the person signing the application (power of attorney), if not signed by the head of the Organization;
3) Balance sheet and report on financial results of organization or branch of organization for 2017, 2018;
4) Certificate from the FTS on the performance by the taxpayer of duties on the payment of taxes and fees for 2017, 2018;
5) A protocol on the inspection of knowledge responsible for the safe production of works, Contractor's employees certified by the seal of the contractor;
6) Quotation with an application of estimates
