South-Verkhoyansk Mining Company Joint Stock Company invites you to participate in the procurement procedure for selecting a contractor to perform cadastral work of a land plot for a production site for the purpose of geological exploration of the subsoil, development of mineral deposits in the Nezhdaninsky section.
This request for proposals procedure is not a tender and its conduct is not governed by Articles 447-449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
