Commercial offer to provide on company letterhead, indicating the price with VAT and terms of manufacturing parts.
Request for quotations is not bidding under the laws of the Russian Federation and the Customer has the right, but not the obligation, to conclude an agreement with the winner.
The price in the offer should include the sum of all expenses stipulated by the draft agreement and taxes payable in accordance with the legislation.
