7. Specify the dimensions of each unit of Goods and the total lot (weight, volume).
8. When shipping, a packing list must be attached to each cargo place in the form specified by the Buyer. Before shipping, you must send a photo of each cargo place.
9. When forming an Bid For participation in the procedure, fill in additional fields of the offer (5 pcs.). The fields must be filled in informatively, without comments - "In the Commercial Proposal".

Comments:
1) The offered products must be new, not used;
2) Certificates of conformity, passports, technical certificates must be attached.description, drawing of the project; documents confirming the quality;
3) Criteria for choosing the best offer: delivery time, cost, payment terms, Experience working with a supplier;
4) Before shipment, it is necessary to fill in the packing list (see the example of filling in the Bid Documentation), paste the packing list on the packaging with the goods, send copies of the documents to the Customer by e-mail.
5) Participation in the Competitive Bidding Process implies agreement with the form of the buyer's contract.
6) The Technical And Commercial Proposal form in the attachment must be completed.

Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Bidders.
