Обоснование: Согласно Положения об организации и проведении закупочных процедур п.11.1.1 процедура признается не состоявшейся, так как в ней принял участие 1 (один) Участник.
Согласно письму № б/н от 22.07.2016г. от Начальника ПСК – Козяк А.А., с визой Технического директора ООО «Мечел-Материалы» - Птичникова А.Г. – для производства цемента на ПСК предусмотрено использование гипсоангидритового камня Ергаченского месторождения. Данное письмо по сей день не теряет своей актуальности. (приложение к протоколу – письмо от начальника ПСК, подтверждение актуальности письма).
