General information: The atomization chamber serves to cool and precipitate the aluminum powder obtained by blowing molten aluminum with a stream of compressed air. The cooled aluminum powder is transported by a conveyor belt installed in the chamber to the storage bins.
The volume of the spray chamber without powder is 620 m3, the area of the inner surface of the chamber is 460 m2, including the dome of the chamber 190 m2, the conical part of the chamber 180 m2 and the ends of the chamber 90 m2.
