Payment terms:
The Buyer makes payment by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account within 60 days from the date of receipt of the goods at the Consignee's warehouse, provided that the Buyer is provided with original invoices, TORG-12, filled out in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
Delivery terms:
To the consignee's warehouse, within 5 days from the date of signing the specification. Delivery cost is included in the price of the Goods.
