2. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICANTS FOR DELIVERY:
- experience in the supply of similar items to shipping companies in the Russian Federation.
3. The expected volume of consumption is included in the procurement documentation for this request for proposals (its full selection is not guaranteed, it may also be exceeded). At the same time, the cost must be formed from the calculation of the supply of a unit of one product name from the proposed list. Delivery will be carried out on current ship applications.
4. It is necessary to pay special attention to the fact that storing volumes for the future is unacceptable for the customer. In addition, the cost should include delivery to the address indicated in this request for proposals.
5. The planned period for the conclusion of the supply contract is January - June 2020. with fixing prices until the end of the contract.
6. Please ask all questions regarding the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
7. Participants of this procedure MUST, before opening envelopes, attach the Applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire to their proposals in electronic form.
8. The set of documents should include a scanned copy of the COMMERCIAL PROPOSAL indicating the delivery time, as well as signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization-participant of this procedure. In the commercial proposal, without fail, the details of the proposed items with the indication of technical characteristics and the application of certificates should be displayed.
9. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by the participant of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
