Payment terms:100% payment of the cost of the Products is made by the Buyer within 25 (twenty five) calendar days from the date of actual receipt of the Products by the Buyer, but not earlier than 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Products at the Buyer's warehouse and the submission of the documents specified in clause 3.1.4 ... contract. The date of fulfillment by the Buyer of its obligations is the date of debiting the funds from the Buyer's current account.
