The Bidding procedure is one-stage, rebidding is allowed.

The commercial offer is submitted in the form of an electronic document by submitting an offer in this Bidding procedure with filling in all mandatory and additional fields of the offer. The term of validity of the commercial offer is equal to the delivery time, but not less than 1 month from the date of the offer.

When submitting an offer to the Bidding procedure, the Bidder provides and attaches a package of statutory documents, accounting statements, a company card, and permits.
The documents are provided in *.pdf format, each document in a separate file.

The price is the most significant, but not the only criterion for evaluating a commercial offer.
