Payment terms:Покупатель производит оплату путём перечисления денежных средств на расчётный счёт Поставщика в следующем порядке: 100% стоимости товара – в течение 60 (шестидесяти) календарных дней с даты приёмки товара от Перевозчика на складе Покупателя.
Цена на товар дана без учёта НДС-18%, но включает все расходы по упаковке и доставке товара до склада Покупателя г. Железногорск-Илимский Иркутская область.
Delivery terms:Поставщик производит доставку товара за свой счёт и своими силами до склада Покупателя г. Железногорск-Илимский Иркутская область. Срок отгрузки: в течение 14 дней с момента подписания спецификации. Наличие паспорта качества либо иной документ, удостоверяющий качество товара. Поставляемый товар должен быть новым, не восстановленным.
При отгрузке товара обязательное уведомление Покупателя с предоставлением копий: счётов-фактур, ТОРГ-12 и документов подтверждающих отправку товаров через Перевозчика.
