Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension

Mandatory conditions:
1. Delivery on DDP terms. Delivery basis
2. Deferred payment for at least 60 days from the date of delivery to the warehouse of the consignee.
3. Conclusion of the contract in the editorial office of Metalloinvest
4. Availability of electronic document management at the supplier (Contour.Diadoc)
5. Specify in the note the warranty obligations, the availability of a certificate of conformity, a quality passport for the products
6. Provision of personal accounts for the formation of a purchase order
7. Fixing the price for one year
8. Submission of an application means consent to supply to JSC Lebedinsky GOK, JSC Mikhailovsky GOK named after A.V.Varichev, JSC Ugarov OEMK and subsidiaries of Metalloinvest Group
9. Purchase at the total minimum cost in one lot

The specified number of purchased goods is indicative with an option up to the amount required by the customer for confirmed quarterly and additional applications during the year.
The requested products are divided into lots for each plant.
