Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
For residents of the Russian Federation related to small and medium-sized businesses - payment in the amount of 100% of the Contract price is made by the Buyer to the Supplier's current account, within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of delivery (signing by the Buyer of the consignment note or UPD, TTN) of the Goods to the buyer's warehouse, subject to its proper quality and proper completeness, and the Supplier provides all the necessary documents under the Agreement.
For residents of the Republic of Belarus and residents of the Russian Federation, not related to small and medium-sized businesses - payment in the amount of 100% of the Contract price is made by the Buyer to the Supplier's current account, within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of delivery (the buyer signs a consignment note or UPD, TTN) of the Goods to the buyer's warehouse, subject to its proper quality and proper completeness and the Supplier provides all the necessary documents under the Agreement.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
