Auto-extension

Payment terms:Advance payment is not applicable. Payment upon receipt of products within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery and provision of the original invoices, waybills, copies of transport bills with the mark of the recipient.
Delivery terms:Kstovo Delivery time: JULY - DECEMBER 2020. Costs of delivery of products should be included in the cost of production.

Comments:
Bidding for the right to enter into an Agreement for the supply of materials in accordance with the procurement items. Bidding is conducted to determine the Supplier with a minimum fixed price, but not higher than specified in the procedure. The selection of materials will take place from JULY 2020 TO DECEMBER 2020, INCLUDED!
Estimated volume for 6 months is indicated in the procurement items.
The list of materials reflected in the lot is for guidance only and serves to fix unit prices. With the Supplier who has submitted the best offer, subject to all conditions, there will be a signed specification fixing the cost of materials per unit. Purchasing takes place upon request (1 application per quarter for office supplies and 1 application per quarter for household goods).
Delivery must be carried out within 2-3 days from the date of application.
The specification fixes the cost of materials per unit.

1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Prior to the opening of envelopes, participants of this procedure MUST attach the Applicant’s Questionnaire and documents according to the list along with the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal (indicating delivery dates), signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the participating organization, to their proposals in electronic form this procedure. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
3. Supplier shall be either product manufacturer, or official dealer of the manufacturer or a distributor (participant shall provide the confirming documents together with the commercial proposal).
4. Products cost shall be fixed for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).

Note: This request for proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
