Payment terms:Advance payment is not provided. Payment upon receipt of products within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery and the provision of originals of invoices, consignment notes, copies of delivery notes with the recipient's mark.

Comments:
Bidding for the right to conclude an agreement for the supply of materials in accordance with procurement positions. Trades are held to determine the Supplier with a minimum fixed price, but not higher than the one specified in the procedure. The selection of materials will occur from JANUARY 2021 TO JUNE 2021 INCLUSIVE!
The indicative volume for 6 months is indicated in the purchasing items.
The list of materials reflected in the lot is for informational purposes only and serves to fix prices per unit. With the Supplier who submitted the most advantageous offer, subject to all conditions, there will be a signed specification fixing the cost of materials per unit. The purchase is carried out on applications (1 application per quarter for katstovar and 1 application per quarter for household goods).
Delivery must be made within 2-3 days from the date of application.
The bill of materials fixes the cost of materials per unit.

1. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. Before opening the envelopes, the participants of this procedure MUST attach to their proposals in electronic form the Bidder's Questionnaire and documents according to the list simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal (indicating the delivery time), signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the participating organization this procedure. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by a participant of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
The validity of the supplier's offer is at least 30 days.
3. The supplier of the products must be the manufacturer, or the official dealer of the manufacturer, or the distributor (the participant provides supporting documents simultaneously with the commercial offer).
4. The cost of products must be constant for the entire period of delivery (written confirmation).

Note: This request for proposals is not a tender notice (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449, part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate volume of civil and legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Participants.
