Payment terms:There is no advance. Payment on receipt of products within 60 calendar days of delivery date and delivery of original invoices, goods invoices, copies of shipping invoices marked by the recipient.

Comments:
Bidding for the right to enter into a contract for the supply of materials according to procurement positions. Bidding is conducted to determine the Supplier with a minimum fixed price but not higher than the procedure specified. Material sampling will take place from JULY 2021 TO DECEMBER 2021 INCLUSIVE!
Estimated volume for 6 months is indicated in procurement positions.
The list of materials reflected in the lot is an introductory nature and serves to fix unit prices. With the Supplier who has submitted the best offer, subject to all conditions, will have a signed specification capturing the cost of materials per unit. Purchase is based on applications (1 bid per quarter for catzers and 1 application per quarter for household goods).
Delivery must take place within 2-3 days of submission.
The specification captures the cost of materials per unit.

1. Please ask all questions about the procedure through the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. To their offers electronically, participants in this procedure MUST attach the applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the list at the time the envelopes are opened at the same time as the offer is submitted and file as a scanned copy of its business offer (with delivery dates) signed by the authorized person and certified with the seal of the party organization. If a participant fails or improperly fulfillment of this requirement, the procedure organizer reserves the right not to consider that participant's offer.
The vendor offer expires at least 30 days.
3. The product supplier must be the manufacturer, either the official dealer of the manufacturer or the distributor (the supporting documents the member provides at the same time as by commercial offer).
4. The cost of the products must be unchanged for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).

Note: This request for proposals is not a notice about the holding of a competition (public competition) or public offer and is not regulated by Article 447 — 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057 — 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to waive all Proposals received for any cause or terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
