Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Preference is given to suppliers who have offered a deferred payment of at least 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the monthly batch of goods.

Delivery terms:Delivery time from the moment of conclusion of the contract. Delivery of goods is made monthly according to the Buyer's application at the addresses indicated below.
Delivery is made by forces and means of the supplier to the offices of the Buyer (addresses are indicated in Appendix No. 1 to the Notice). Shipping costs are included in the price of the item.
The application indicates the approximate need for a product for one month for one office (delivery address).
