Payment terms:The proposed payment Terms. The buyer makes the payment by transferring the funds to the Supplier's current account in the following order: 100% payment within 60 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods in the Buyer's warehouse. Transportation costs should be included in the price of the Lot.
Delivery terms:within 30 (thirty) calendar days upon signing the contract and specification In the commercial proposal specify the timing of the actual performance. The supplier delivers the goods at its own expense and on its own to the Buyer's Warehouse. Mandatory availability of a quality passport or other document certifying the quality of goods when entering the Warehouse. The delivered goods must be new, not Repaired. When the goods are being shipped, the Buyer needs to be notified and provided with the copies of the following documents: invoice, auction-12 and documents confirming the shipment of goods through the Carrier.

Participants of the contest must provide: Commercial offer; Certificate of the manufacturer or dealer; Certificate of Conformity for these products, list of constituent documents. The applications of the suppliers having the whole lot nomenclature are accepted for Consideration. The validity of the offer must be not less than 2 months. Participation of the supplier in the contest means acceptance of the terms of delivery, standard form of contract and Specification. Shipment via transport companies (possibly via ratek, azimuth, steil) to art. Tynda. Please note that this request is not a notice of the contest (public Tender) or public offer and is not regulated by art. 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian federation, 1057-1061 Ch. 2 of the Russian civil Code. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
