Payment terms:
30% advance payment within 10 business from contract conclusion with the selected Supplier, 70% within 10 business days from delivery of the products to the specified warehouse, cost of delivery to the specified warehouse must be included in the cost of products, delivery cost shall be indicated in a separate field.
Delivery terms:
1) Criteria for choosing the best offer: quality, delivery time, cost, payment terms, work experience;
2) This procedure does not constitute a public tender and is not regulated by Articles No. 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation,
3) This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer

Comments: Commercial proposal shall specify:
1. Supplier's contact info (including contact person)
2. Supplier’s relation to the supplied products (manufacturer, manufacturer’s representative, free seller, dealer).

3.1. for goods produced in Russia:
3.1.1. price at the Supplier’s warehouse (shipment point shall be indicated) in case of Ex-Works basis.
3.1.2. Price of the products delivered by the Supplier to the Supplier’s warehouse in Amursk (delivery by trucks)/railway station in Komsomolsk-na-Amure (when sending a 20/ 40 ft containers by rail) / Mylky railway station (when the cargo sent is delivered in railway carriages).
3.2. For products manufactured and imported from abroad:
3.2.1. price of the goods at customs clearance point subject to DDP delivery terms (port.... / railway station ... , customs clearance point is to be indicated) in case of Ex-Works.
The price of the goods shall include all costs at customs clearance point: delivery to CCP, costs of customs clearance, costs of storage during customs clearance, costs of closing the warehouse, costs of loading the goods on the appropriate transport.
Price per item can be specified in rubles or foreign currency at the exchange rate on the day of payment.
4.2.2. price of the products delivered by the Supplier to the Supplier’s warehouse in Amursk (delivery by trucks) / railway station in Komsomolsk-na-Amure (when sending a 20/ 40 ft containers by rail) / Mylky railway station (when the cargo sent is delivered in railway carriages) – in case the price of products is indicated at CCP in rubles.
