Франко-пункт назначения. Датой поставки Товара является дата, указанная в товарно-транспортной накладной, свидетельствующая о приемке Товара грузополучателем. Обязанность Поставщика по поставке Товара считается исполненной в момент прибытия Товара в пункт назначения или в момент получения Товара грузополучателем
