Comments:
The price must include the delivery to the warehouse of OOO GSI SNEMA (450095, Russia, Republic of Bashkortostan, Ufa, 39 Oktyabrskaya Revolution Street). The specified amount of material is calculated until the end of 2019, shipment should be carried out on individual requests, based on the monthly needs of the Customer.
1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Prior to the moment of opening the envelopes, it is necessary to attach the proposals of the applicant and documents according to the questionnaire simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and the file as a scanned copy of their commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and certified by the stamp of the organization participating in this offer. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
3. Supplier shall be either product manufacturer, or official dealer of the manufacturer or a distributor (participant shall provide the confirming documents together with the commercial proposal).
4. Products cost shall be fixed for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).


Note: Note, this RFP is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.


LLC GSI SNEMA reserves the right not to inform the participants of the procedure of its results, except for the winner, to cancel the procedure or its results, as well as to exclude any of the participants in the procedure without giving a reason. Submission of technical and commercial proposals implies acceptance of the terms of the procedure.
Venue of the bidding procedure: This procedure is held electronically at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru). Participants' proposals shall be submitted in the form of an electronic document signed with the digital signature.
