We ask you to pay attention to the qualification requirements in the Requirements Specification, the deadline for completing the work - for lots 1,2,3,4 - from the moment of signing until 10/15/2024, for lots 5,6,7 - from the moment of signing until 30.01.2025
This request for proposals is not a competitive bidding process or a public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
All actions from the moment of signing the contract with the winner of the competition are considered pre-contractual work and do not impose obligations on the organizer exceeding those listed in the terms of the competition.
