Payment terms:The calculation of the cost of the work performed is formed in the GRAND-Smeta software package, guided by the MDS 81-35.2004 using the base-index method and is provided for approval at the time of conclusion of the contract. Settlement for an object is made by the Customer within 90 days from the date of signing by the parties of the submission to the Customer of the Signed Certificates on the cost of work performed, form No. KS-3, the act of completed work KS-2 and the provision of the original invoice.

After the end of the bidding procedure, the Contractor concludes a contract in accordance with the attached draft contract to the lot. The amount under the contract is final and not subject to revision upward. To perform work under the contract, the "Contractor" has the right to attract Subcontractors, but without increasing the cost of work and with the written approval of the selected Subcontractor with the "Customer". The "Contractor" shall transfer to the "Customer" the executive documentation within five working days. In case of late delivery of the performance-technical documentation, the Customer has the right to charge and present a penalty in the amount of 0.5% of the cost of construction and installation works for each day of delay. "
