Comments: The opportunistic study procedure is carried out according to the needs of Lebedinsky GOK JSC, which is part of METALLOINVEST Group of Companies.

- Appendices 2-7, 10, lists of equipment and materials are provided, certified by the signature of the head with an impression of the seal. The list and composition of works should be indicated. In case of additional expenses not included in the estimate documentation (manufacturing, travel expenses, rental of special equipment, etc.), please provide a transcript of the cost with the calculation: accommodation, daily allowance, travel, calculation for manufacturing, etc.
