be sure to provide costing with decoding work on jobs. Work on the overhaul of drilling rig produced by the contractor in the seat of the Executive Director. Drilling rig delivery to the place of repair and back is made at the expense of the Executive forces, these costs should be included in the overall cost of Workover drilling rig. Please note that this request is not a competition notice (public competition) or public offer and is not governed by art. 447-449 h. 1 CIVIL CODE, art. 1057-1061 h 2 CIVIL CODE. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
