Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
The recommended deferral of payment is 90, 60, 30 calendar days from the date of signing the acceptance certificate and invoice. In case an advance payment is provided to the contractor, it shall be secured by a bank guarantee. The guarantee must be issued by a bank - a guarantor from the TOP-20 list of net assets of Russian banks (Appendix No. 5).

1. Operating production.
2. Supply of materials by the Contractor. It is allowed to use materials other than those indicated in the list of defects, by prior agreement with the customer.
3. Be sure to visit the Customer's site and inspect the subject of work / services before submitting an application for participation in the procurement (if necessary / possible).
4. Signing of the standard form of the contract (Appendix No. 6);
5. Mandatory development and approval of the ERP 10 days before the start of work, according to which these works will be performed.
6. Compliance with measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection:
- Work must be carried out by employees who are not in the "risk zone" (up to 60 years old),
- Employees working on the territory of PJSC "ChTPZ" must be citizens of the Russian Federation, residents of the Chelyabinsk region, or go through a two-week quarantine after arriving in the Chelyabinsk region from another region before starting work with the provision of supporting documents (travel tickets, rental contracts, etc.). ), or present a document confirming the passage of a coronavirus test no older than three days.
- All employees of the contractor must be provided with PPE, respirator masks, undergo daily body temperature control (thermal imagers are installed at the checkpoint), and also disinfect their hands with an antiseptic located at the checkpoint at each entrance to the territory of the enterprise;
- observe the mask regime throughout the territory of enterprises (work, walking, by car);
- keep a "social" distance of 1.5 m. when moving around the territory of enterprises.
7. Signing of the CP to the contract on the provision of PPE (Appendix 7).
8. Beginning of work under the letter of guarantee.
9. The work must be performed in accordance with state standards and normative and technical documentation.
10. Before starting a set of works, the contractor must develop and agree with the customer's representative a timetable for the work.
11. The minimum quality guarantee period is 3 years.
12. All materials, equipment and machinery used by the Contractor for the performance of work must have appropriate certificates, technical passports and other documents certifying their quality.
13. The finishing of the premises should be done after the installation of the electrical and plumbing parts.
