Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Comments:
The commercial offer must indicate:
- Cost of work;
- Terms of payment;
- The validity period of the commercial offer;
- Willingness to work under the standard agreement of the Rusagro Group of Companies;
- Guarantee period;
- The possibility of providing interim measures (bank guarantee) if the commercial offer provides for a partial or full prepayment.
It is necessary to attach to the proposal copies of the documents specified in the request.
