ПОДГРУЖАЕМЫЕ ДОКУМЕНТЫ:
1) Поданная заявка на участие должна сопровождаться Офертой с приложениями по установленному образцу и содержать ключевую информацию по предлагаемым к поставке товарам, условиям и срокам поставки.
2) Просим внимательно ознакомиться с типовой редакцией договора поставки. Участник вправе предложить протокол разногласия, который должен быть предоставлен в составе Оферты. В противном случае считается, что Участник согласен с предложенной редакцией.
3) Оферта дополняется сертификатами или паспортами качества, на товары в отношении которых предусмотрена процедура сертификации или паспортизации.

ОБЩАЯ ИНФОРМАЦИЯ:
Данная процедура запроса предложений не является конкурсом и ее проведение не регулируется статьями 447-449 ч.1 ГК РФ. Данная процедура также не является публичным конкурсом и не регулируется статьями 1057-1061 ч.2 ГК РФ. Таким образом, данная процедура запроса предложений не накладывает на заказчика соответствующего объема гражданско-правовых обязательств.
